尼日利亚DHL原木包装需要薰蒸方可入境

接香港DHL通知，从09年9月1日起，原木包装往印度尼西亚（Indonesia)），需要经过有效薰蒸方可入境。

INDONESIA (ID)    CUSTOM REGULATIONS ON WOOD PACKAGING
 
Indonesia Minister of agriculture has issued regulation no. 12/Permentan/OT.140/2/2009 concerning requirements of plant quarantine action to imported wood packaging material into Republic of Indonesia. The objective of the regulation is to prevent the entry and spread of quarantine pests associated with Import Wood packaging material into Indonesia Territory. Wood Packaging material apply for all unprocessed raw wood such as dunnage, pallets, crates, boxes and packing associated with the shipments with thickness more than 6 mm.
 
All imported Wood packaging materials into Indonesia as mentioned above are subject to plant quarantine action and must meet the following requirements.
1. Thru appointed port of entry (all international sea and airport)
2. Marked with standard international marking stipulated by Interim Commission on Phytosanitary Measures (ISPM # 15).
 
This regulation will be implemented effectively on 1st September, 2009.
